We at Fibernet are committed and working to promote accessibility to allow even people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on the website and at the call centers.

About a quarter of the population in Israel encounters difficulties accessing the Internet: the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, people with motor disabilities, the elderly, and more.

In order to be able to provide an optimal, professional and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website, and implemented the accessibility rules as much as possible in accordance with the principles of the accessibility standard in Israel, regulations on equal rights for people with disabilities (accessibility adjustments to the service), 2013-2013 (mark C ‘: Internet Services),
